Past Lab's Pasta Dish
Do you wonder what to do with the amazing pastas from the Pasta Lab once you get them home? They bring different ones each time they are at the market, but here is a suggestion to get you thinking!
1 package Ravioli with Red Beets (The Pasta Lab)
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon, parsley or basil
1/4 cup fresh feta cheese (Fulper Family Farmstead or Sugar Maple Jerseys)
1.5 Tablespoons local butter (Sugar Maple Jerseys); or 2 Tablespoons Mediterra olive oil
Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Boil water in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter or heat olive oil in a large saute pan. When pasta is cooked, drain well and add to pan with melted butter. Swirl around until coated. Don't move around too much or they will break. Place in serving dishes, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh herbs and salt and pepper. Enjoy!
