Summer Veggie Salsa


1 1/2 cup chopped ground/husk cherries
1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (or use all ground cherries)
1/2 cup chopped sweet peppers
1 cup chopped onion
2 chopped jalapeno peppers (including seeds)
1/8 cup fresh, chopped cilantro
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve.
